Wowie zowie! What an incredible weekend. I had work screening at 3 different festivals and I won an award at each one! Can't believe it. "To and From" won Grenada Afterglow Film Festival's Best AfterTHOUGHT award as well as Best NC Short Film at North Carolina Family Film Festival. "Close to the Window," the documentary I made while in Paris as a collab with the beautiful & magical poet Sojourner Ahébée, won Best College Doc at All-American High School Film Festival.
